ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following roles:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Cost, Inventory).
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, WHT).
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cost control processes.
- Review and reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial records.
- Supervise and train accounting staff.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit activities.
- Work closely with F&B, Front Office, Purchasing, and Cost Control teams.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- Khmer - Medium is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Accounting Manager in Hotels and Resorts for 2 years is preferred
- Progressive accounting experience for 3 years as a mininum in Hotels and Resorts for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Experience with hotel systems (Sun, QuickBooks, MYOB, Opera PMS).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
