The Happy Return Center of Cambodia is the first dedicated hub for reintegration and vocational training, supporting returning migrant workers. Established in 2024 with support from the Government of Korea through the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) and in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, the Center acts as a vital bridge—transforming challenges into opportunities for returnees.

Our vision is to build the largest and most accessible platform for migrant workers, offering comprehensive employment and entrepreneurship resources, and becoming their top choice for vocational education.

Provide returning migrant workers with market-relevant skills to enhance their employability. Develop job matching services and offer personalized consultancy support. Empower aspiring entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. Foster a strong network of Cambodian migrant workers to promote collaboration and community.

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Training Management: Overall management of each training program, including attendance tracking, identification of job sites, and provision of employment-related information.
  • External Collaboration: Communication and cooperation with external organizations related to migrant workers and program objectives.
  • Program Promotion: Promote and guide potential trainees through the center’s vocational training programs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Drafting and typing correspondence, reports, and other documents for related tasks.
  • Event Support: Assist in organizing the Center’s events.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Happy Return Center, Cambodia.

Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Fluent
  • Korean is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, management, administration or equivalent qualification.
Work History:
  • Professional working experience in a similar position for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Khmer language skills. Korean language is an advantage.
Soft Skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Very good networking skills, facilitating collaboration to achieve objectives.
