This exclusive project aims to provide an unparalleled living experience, blending elegance, comfort, and modern amenities is urgent looking for qualified candidates as the following:
Now we’re looking for potential candidates very urgently to fulfill position below:
- Design Manager
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Manage internal design teams and external consultants.
- Coordinate multi design inputs (architectural, structural, MEP)
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project schedule and milestones.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high design standards.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to ensure design intent is executed correctly on site.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in design management within construction, engineering, or architecture projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
