  • Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and concerns, and provide suitable accommodations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless payment processing and booking arrangements.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints, and address special requests.
  • Provide feedback on changing market conditions, competitive trends, and sales solicitation outcomes.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, online travel agencies, and corporate clients (depending on the assigned segment).
  • Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions to showcase its offerings.
  • Conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspection trips, and follow up on business leads.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
Work History:
  • Sales and marketing or a related professional area, preferably within the hotel industry for 1 year as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of the various hotel market segments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM systems, such as Opera PMS.
Soft Skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
