ICF Cambodia is a dynamic fast-growing church, organization and business in Siem Reap. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty by empowering people to achieve their God given potential. We take care of over 700 children and their families with our Family Care Program in a holistic way to improve their living situation long-term. On our ICF Community Campus, we create learning opportunities in a very happy and safe environment. People can make friends, have fun and learn new skills. There is something for all to enjoy.
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Capture photo and video content during church celebrations and ministry activities
- Edit videos for announcements, recaps, and special presentations
- Edit photos for screens, slides, reports, and communication materials
- Prepare visual content and export files for LED walls or projection systems
- Support weekend celebrations and special events with media production
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic production equipment
- Organize and maintain media files and equipment
- Work closely with the Social Media Team and ministry departments
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing
- Familiar with editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Suite or similar)
- Basic knowledge of cameras and media production equipment
- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling
- Responsible, organized, and able to work under deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Teachable and willing to grow in creative and technical skills
- Demonstrates a humble and serving attitude aligned with ICF Cambodia values
