iDE is a non-profit international organization with over 40 years of experience in delivering market-based programs in 11 countries, dedicated to powering entrepreneurs to end poverty. iDE believes that the market is a powerful force to lift people out of poverty. We catalyze change in markets by incentivizing low-income people to establish locally-led scalable solutions that are passed down through generations and founded on mutually beneficial partnerships.
iDE has been active in Cambodia since 1994 with a focus on agriculture, climate and resilience, food security and nutrition, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). iDE Cambodia supports entrepreneurs and social enterprises, while facilitating the inclusive and resilient development of value chains and business models for affordable products and services in our target sectors. We have also introduced successful research and pilots on clean cookstoves and solid waste management, with a focus on plastic waste recycling and circularity. With a market driven approach, iDE Cambodia has reached about 1.2 million households, approximately 6 million people.
- SHE
- Support the team in conducting desk research, developing strategies, and shaping concepts to strengthen market actors and entrepreneurs within the TLTN intervention
- Assist in the ongoing assessment and adaptation of the SHE curriculum and approach to better align with TLTN objectives
- Support the planning and coordination of internal workshops, team reflections, and learning sessions throughout the intervention
- Contribute to field-level activities, including basic assessments, data collection, and documentation of learnings
- Innovation Lab
- Contribute to and support the implementation of nutrition-focused interventions.
- Support field research activities, including logistics preparation, participant recruitment, field data collection, data analysis and synthesis, and compilation of research findings.
- Collaborate with the team in presenting and disseminating findings and key learnings.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meaningful contributions to the development and refinement of intervention approaches through research, field insights, and testing
- Effective support in organizing workshops, engaging entrepreneurs, and facilitating cross-team communication
- Timely and clear documentation of activities, learnings, and recommendations

- The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to travel across provinces to support field implementation and engagement activities
- Bachelor's Degree
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Management, Commerce, event management, or related fields
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with the community and team members.
- Willing to work in a field setting and support diverse project activities.
- Passion for improving nutrition outcomes and contributing to the project goal.
- Flexible and willing to travel across the project’s targeted provinces to support the project implementation and engagement activities.

- Is a fast learner and very hands on
