Hebron Medical Center (HMC) was founded in September 2007 by Dr. Kim Woo Jung. Our hospital is a non-profit and charity organization that provides medical assistance to underprivileged Cambodian citizens. Now we are seeking for qualified Cambodian Nationality to fulfill that position.
- Information Technology Specialist (1 Position)
- Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users in resolving IT-related problems and provide training as necessary.
- Network Management: Oversee network configurations, connections and ensure stable and secure network performance. Cover on data management, implement and monitor security measures to protect data, systems and organization confidentiality.
- Data Analy: Analysis on patient’s data and network.
- System Administration: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networks. Perform regular updates and upgrades for hardware and software systems and assess their potential for organizational use.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager and as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in an IT support role in medical services.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, analytical and strategic thinking.
- Problem solving skills, capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
