ISPP is Cambodia's first and leading international school. Established in 1989 as a not-for-profit, parent-governed school, ISPP has a strong tradition of serving families seeking an international education in Phnom Penh. - Communicate directly with the administration team regarding urgent matters, in the absence of the Head of Health Services
- Provide assistance, clarifications, and decisions for the nurses regarding the provision of nursing care
- Act on behalf of the Head of Health Services in decision-making for the nurse team in the absence of the Head of Health Services
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other relevant medical field
- Nursing or Public Health Care - previous employment in school is an asset for 2 years as a minimum
- Nursing license from the country of origin (expat only) and an active nursing license and registration in Cambodia
- Active BLS-CPR Certification
- Experience working in the healthcare field in Cambodia
- Experience in an English-speaking international environment
- Experience in an administrative support position
- All nurses must abide by the Cambodian government's Code of Ethics for Nurses as well as other related laws and regulations
- Willingness to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as required by the educational programmes.
- Effective cross-cultural communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency and accuracy in English (oral and written)
- Professional/ expert clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Strong comprehension and adherence to policy/procedure
- Ability to problem-solve effectively
