We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

  • Sale Manager & Marketing Manager (Female)
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Scope of working:
    • Sale & Marketing Manager manages and oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message by working with other related department in promoting brand awareness.
  • Duties & responsibilities:
    • Preparing, organizing and managing key responsibilities of marketing department and marketing staff.
    • Setting goal and missions for marketing staff.
    • Checking and following up the effectiveness of marketing staff performances and marketing department.
    • Preparing reports and making presentation about marketing strategies to management board.
    • Researching on up to date marketing environment and competitors.
    • Analyzing and surveying for clients’ demands.
    • Researching and setting the clear target customers for marketing condominium..
    • Establishing marketing strategic plans.
    • Checking and analyzing monthly sale data for improving marketing strategies.
    • Encouraging the new creative marketing ideas for developing marketing advertisement.
    • Preparing, organizing and managing Budget Plan
    • Preparing and managing marketing advertisement.
    • To achieve Sales Target.
    • Other tasks assigned by Superior.
តំរូវការការងារ
  • Any degree in marketing, or a similar skills, will be an advantage
  • At least 5 or more years working experience of Sales & marketing with Property company.
  • Have knowledge of a marketing techniques and concepts
  • Have experience interacting with many agency / companies/ associations
  • Be an excellent communicator, negotiator and think creatively
  • Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner
  • High ability to communicate in Khmer and English and others languages is an advantage.
  • Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility.
