Founded in 2005, Journeys Within Our Community (JWOC) is a non-profit organization based in Siem Reap, Cambodia. JWOC’s current mission is to work in partnership with Cambodian youth to fulfill their potential in education, employment and sustainable development of their society.
We are looking for a dynamic team player who would like to join us with the position as Computer Instructor to share his/her passion and skills to empower youth.
- Teach and facilitate computer lessons for Better Future and Scholarship Program students, integrating digital literacy, 21st-century skills, and leadership development.
- Collaborate with program coordinators and teachers to design assessments, organize student work, and contribute to curriculum development.
- Supervise and support volunteers/interns, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and any issues are reported promptly.
- Maintain and manage computer lab facilities, ensuring proper use, safety, and organization of resources.
- Track, update, and report students’ learning progress and maintain organized documentation.
- Support program operations or important events as assigned.
