Kamworks is a leading solar energy company in Cambodia. Established in 2006 by Dutch solar engineers. It has been pioneering in the design and installation of solar rooftop systems and has the longest track record of grid connected solar projects in Cambodia. Currently we are seeking an experienced Technicians to manage our installation team. The Technician will report directly to Site Manager.

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Lead and organize the installation team to install solar PV system by following work plan assigned by Site Manager
  • Regular check and follow up with installation team to ensure the work done following the quality target and schedule set
  • Measure and mark areas for mounting structure and solar panel placement
  • Mount and secure solar panels on rooftops or ground mounts
  • Run and connect electrical wiring and inverters
  • Ensure proper system grounding
  • Troubleshoot and repair the system, solve the problem and ensure equipment operates reliably
  • Make daily, weekly and monthly report
  • Identify hazard, unsafety condition, mitigate and report to safety supervisor
  • Performs other duties assigned by Site Manager

Languages:
  • English - Good is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineer/electronic or equivalent
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Have more than 1 year of Work experience
  • Have mechanical skill such as welding, cutting, and measurement
  • Good command of spoken and written in English is preferred
  • Familiar with safety protocols and procedures
  • Have driving license in Cambodia if prefer
Soft Skills
  • Excellent in organizational skill, communication skills, problem solving ability on technical issue and execution ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to travel to project sites in various locations whenever necessary
