KFK Enterprise (Kungfu Kitchen) established in December 2019, specializes in modern Chinese cuisine and hotpot. The company operates the well-known brand Kungfu Kitchen (家常便饭) and manages multiple restaurant brands with more than 30 outlets across Cambodia.

- Manage and take responsibility for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, etc.)
- Plan, create, and execute social media content based on marketing campaigns and promotions
- Write engaging captions (Khmer & English) and review content written by others
- Schedule and publish posts according to content calendar
- Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, promo videos, event highlights)
- Provide voice-over for promotional videos when required
- Work closely with designers and operations team to ensure content is attractive, accurate, and aligned with brand direction
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvement ideas
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage online reservations and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle customer feedback professionally and support customer engagements
- English - Good
- Able to process Khmer caption
- Good communication in English
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Premiere / similar)
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads) is a plus
- Understand boosting posts, targeting audience, and basic campaign setup is an advantage
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented, responsible, flexible, and hardworking
- Passion for chinese food
