  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
  • Assist with entering and updating supplier contracts, rates, and product pricing
  • Support team members with system use and standard procedures
  • Help identify and resolve basic system or data issues
  • Assist with preparing reports on supplier performance and productivity
  • Support contract renewals and supplier communications
  • Share supplier offers and updates with relevant internal teams
  • Support Khiri’s sustainability initiatives and supplier policy communication

Languages:
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
Work History:
  • Recent graduate or relevant experience for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets required)
  • Good English communication skills
Soft Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and interest in responsible tourism
