KiriTes Farm Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian private limited company engaged in agricultural construction, farm infrastructure development, and commercial agricultural production. The company provides construction and installation services for net houses, glasshouses/greenhouses, plumbing and irrigation systems, and other farm-related infrastructure.
Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken. The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production.
As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.

- Project planning and management
- Develop the overall project strategy, annual and seasonal workplans, production targets, budgets and implementation schedules for all five provinces.
- Translate commercial and supply commitments into clear provincial targets for chilli, vegetables and chicken.
- Lead and evaluate the Assistant Project Manager, Provincial Coordinators and relevant technical teams, ensuring clear accountability and timely performance.
- Production and quality management
- Coordinate production cycles covering site preparation, input supply, planting, crop management, chicken placement, harvesting and delivery.
- Monitor cultivated area, crop survival, yield, harvest volume, chicken mortality, feed efficiency, production costs and delivery performance.
- Ensure technical teams implement approved SOPs, GAP, IPM, food-safety, traceability, environmental, animal-health and chicken-biosecurity requirements.
- Coordinate agronomists, veterinarians and livestock specialists to investigate technical problems and implement corrective actions.
- Budget, resources and risk management
- Manage project budgets, procurement plans, allocation of inputs and use of company assets, and monitor costs against approved budgets.
- Identify and manage risks related to weather, pests, diseases, biosecurity, markets, input shortages, finance and implementation delays.
- Develop contingency measures and promptly escalate major financial, technical or contractual risks to senior management.
- Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
- Establish project indicators, reporting requirements and performance targets for each province and commodity.
- Review and verify provincial reports and conduct field monitoring to compare actual progress, production, expenditure and delivery against approved plans.
- Evaluate project performance, identify gaps, direct corrective actions and report consolidated results and recommendations to senior management.
- Stakeholder coordination and reporting
- Coordinate with agricultural communities, authorities, suppliers, buyers and other partners to support production and contractual commitments.
- Conduct regular field visits, validate provincial results and ensure management decisions and corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide senior management with consolidated progress, financial and risk reports, including practical recommendations for improvement.

- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Master's Degree
- Relevant experience for 7 years as a minimum
- An agricultural project or operations management role for 4 years as a minimum
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in an agricultural project or operations management role.
- Experienced in commercial farming and poultry.
- Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-province operations, teams, budgets, and production targets.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural planning, GAP, IPM, food safety, traceability, post-harvest management and poultry biosecurity.
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, procurement, cost control, risk management, performance monitoring and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital project-management or reporting tools.
- Good written and spoken Khmer and English.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay at provincial project sites when required; a valid driving licence is preferred.
