KiriTes Farm Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian private limited company engaged in agricultural construction, farm infrastructure development, and commercial agricultural production. The company provides construction and installation services for net houses, glasshouses/greenhouses, plumbing and irrigation systems, and other farm-related infrastructure.
Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken. The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production.
As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.
- Technical standards and recommendations
- Develop and update technical SOPs and crop-management guidelines for chilli and vegetable production.
- Recommend suitable varieties, nursery methods, planting practices, irrigation, fertilisation, IPM and harvesting criteria.
- Establish technical specifications for seeds, seedlings, fertilisers, crop-protection products and irrigation materials.
- Ensure agronomic recommendations comply with GAP, IPM, food-safety, traceability and environmental requirements.
- Crop diagnosis and technical verification
- Conduct technical field assessments to diagnose pest, disease, nutrient, irrigation and crop-growth problems.
- Verify the safe and correct use of fertilisers and crop-protection products, including application rates and pre-harvest intervals.
- Report serious crop-health or technical risks to the Project Manager for operational follow-up.
- Trials and technical improvement
- Design and evaluate trials on varieties, fertilisation, irrigation, pest management and other production practices.
- Analyse agronomic data to identify the causes of yield, quality and input-efficiency differences.
- Document trial results and recommend evidence-based improvements for future production cycles.
- Technical training and reporting
- Train agronomists, field technicians, farm teams and farmers on approved technical practices and crop records.
- Prepare technical assessment reports, diagnostic findings and recommendations; the Project Manager remains responsible for overall implementation reporting.

- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Plant Protection, Horticulture, Agricultural Science or a related field
- Practical experience in commercial vegetable production for 5 years
- Strong knowledge of nursery management, soil fertility, irrigation, fertilisation, crop nutrition, IPM and harvesting practices.
- Ability to identify and diagnose insect pests, plant diseases, nutrient deficiencies and physiological crop problems.
- Practical knowledge of GAP, pesticide safety, pre-harvest intervals, food safety and farm traceability requirements.
- Experience developing technical SOPs, conducting field assessments and providing corrective agronomic recommendations.
- Experience designing or evaluating crop trials and analysing yield, quality and input-efficiency data.
- Ability to train agronomists, field technicians and farmers and prepare clear technical reports.
- Good Khmer communication, working English and Microsoft Office skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and remain at production sites when required.
