KiriTes Farm Co., Ltd. is a Cambodian private limited company engaged in agricultural construction, farm infrastructure development, and commercial agricultural production. The company provides construction and installation services for net houses, glasshouses/greenhouses, plumbing and irrigation systems, and other farm-related infrastructure. Alongside its construction activities, KiriTes develops and operates integrated crop and livestock production, including vegetables, chilli, and chicken.
The company combines infrastructure development, technical expertise, and farm operations to support efficient, safe, sustainable, and commercially viable agricultural production. As part of its expansion across five provinces in the Tonle Sap region, KiriTes works with farmers, agricultural communities, technical specialists, and market partners to strengthen production quality, food safety and traceability, local employment, and market access.
Position Purpose
KiriTes is recruiting qualified professionals to strengthen its leadership, quality control, agricultural and livestock production, farm infrastructure, financial management, administration, procurement and information technology functions. These Phnom Penh-based positions will support the effective management and expansion of KiriTes’s chilli, vegetable and chicken operations across 5 provinces around Tonle Sap, Cambodia.
- Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Define Strategic Direction: Work closely with the Founder/CEO to set the company’s strategic goals, business plans, and development priorities.
- Operational Frameworks: Lead the preparation and implementation of comprehensive business plans, annual/seasonal workplans, budgets, operational targets, and KPIs.
- Governance & Controls: Establish and optimize the organizational structure, reporting lines, policies, and internal controls in coordination with relevant department managers.
- Executive Reporting: Present consolidated company performance, risk assessments, capital investment needs, and expansion recommendations directly to the Founder or Managing Director.
- Operations, Production & Project Execution
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the planning, delivery, and production progress of agricultural construction projects, site preparations, and infrastructure setup.
- Commercial Target Optimization: Translate commercial agreements and supply commitments into actionable provincial production targets for chili, vegetables, and chicken.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Manage full production cycles encompassing input supply procurement, planting, crop management, chicken placement, harvesting, and final delivery logistics.
- Resource Assessment: Identify and recommend new production sites, contract-farming arrangements, agricultural-community partnerships, and value-added product opportunities to the Founder.
- Technical Quality, Standards & Compliance
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Hold the Operations Coordinator, technical specialists, subcontractors, and field workers accountable for implementing approved quality, traceability, and biosecurity frameworks.
- Agricultural Standards: Ensure field teams strictly implement GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), IPM (Integrated Pest Management), food safety, environmental protections, animal health, and poultry biosecurity protocols.
- Corrective Action & Risk Mitigation: Direct management actions on non-conformities, audit findings, customer complaints, and product rejections. Coordinate agronomists, veterinarians, and livestock specialists to resolve technical field errors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations remain compliant with internal company policies, external buyer contracts, and applicable Cambodian national regulations.
- Budget, Resource & Risk Management
- Financial Oversight: Direct project and company budgets, asset allocation, procurement plans, and cost controls to monitor and mitigate expenditure variance against approved budgets.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage systemic operational risks related to weather, pests, diseases, market fluctuations, input shortages, financial bottlenecks, and construction delays.
- Escalation Protocol: Develop robust contingency measures; resolve minor operational issues within delegated authority and promptly escalate major financial, contractual, or reputational risks to the Founder.
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Performance Metrics: Establish metrics and provincial reporting requirements for each commodity, construction phase, and business unit.
- Field Verification: Review and verify consolidated operational, financial, and production reports. Conduct periodic management field visits to audit physical progress against reported data.
- Continuous Improvement: Chair regular management reviews, command corrective actions for performance gaps, and monitor execution milestones through responsible managers.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Partnership Management
- Strategic Relationships: Maintain and expand core alliances with government authorities, agricultural communities, buyers, commercial suppliers, financial institutions, and business partners.
- Corporate Representation: Represent Kirites in key corporate meetings, contractual negotiations, and partnership discussions within delegated authority limits.
- Investment Approval: Structure and refer commercial commitments involving major investments, long-term contractual liabilities, or strategic pivots to the Founder for final sign-off.

- Master's Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Agribusiness, Agriculture, Agronomy, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field
- Professional experience for 7 years as a minimum
- Senior agricultural project management, senior operations, or general management role for 4 years
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record managing multi-site agricultural, food production, or agribusiness operations. Deep understanding of commercial farming, poultry biosecurity, and agricultural construction management.
- Financial & Analytical Competence: Demonstrated experience in business planning, budgeting, procurement, cost control, and translating complex production and commercial data into actionable management decisions.
- Compliance Knowledge: Practical, working knowledge of food safety guidelines, traceability systems, GAP, IPM, and livestock/poultry biosecurity requirements.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital project management or reporting applications.
- Language & Logistics: Professional fluency in written and spoken Khmer and English. Willingness to travel frequently and stay at provincial project sites when required; a valid driving license is required.
- Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. High integrity with a proven capacity to manage confidential, high-pressure situations.
