តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Collect and enter property information into the database
- Update market data including rental rates, sales prices, and occupancy information
- Prepare/ open file before site inspection
- Assist valuation team onsite inspection
- Printing and binding valuation report
- Close valuation files after the report are finalized
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director
តំរូវការការងារ
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in related fields
- Able to use Google Maps for navigation and travel independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
