KOFI Group Company, established since 2009 from three to more than three hundred employees becoming as a coffee solution market leader operating within different cities and provinces with ambition to be an internal one in the growing market. With this opportunity, we are now looking for potential talent who dynamically committed to the longterm growing the professionalism and innovation together through below opportunity:
- Keeping record and maintaining cycle counts of the entire inventory in the store
- Receiving and verifying the inventory with the purchase order listings to the supervising authorities
- Reporting loss, damage and any such discrepancies to the supervising authorities
- Sorting all goods and stacking them appropriately
- Note about expire date of goods and report to the supervising authorities
- Assisting in the labeling, tagging and packaging of the goods
- Updating and maintaining proper warehouse documentation
- Ensuring timely issuance of the products to the appropriate uploading truck
- Daily checking on products in-out to be correctly and efficiency
- Maintaining cleanliness, cool temperature set and order in the work place
- Coordinating and synchronizing work functions with suppliers and other internal departments of the establishment
- Respect company rules and policies
- Other duties as assigned
- English - Medium
- Undergraduate Degree in Fresh year student at university or graduated high diploma
- Working experience of warehouse and stock controller for 1 year
- Medium English proficiency
- Ability to work in a team
