- Strategic Messaging & Positioning
- Craft brand messaging aligned with company vision and trends
- Ensure consistent tone across all channels
- Develop launches new product to market
- Media Relations & Public Perception
- Coordinate media outreach and press releases
- Monitor sentiment and manage brand-related inquiries
- Build excellence relationships with media and influencers
- Brand Identity & Consistency
- Oversee brand visuals and language across platforms
- Enforce brand guidelines internally and externally
- Crisis Communication
- Develop and execute crisis response plans
- Manage sensitive communications
- Support reputation recovery with strategic messaging
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with PR, Campaign, Content, and UGC teams
- Guide brand integration across all marketing initiatives
- Align brand efforts with business goals
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Branding, PR, or marketing roles for 5 years as a minimum
- Strong communication skills in Khmer and English
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
