- Event Planning and Execution:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging events and workshops that align with the KOONA, DELONGHI, KUVINGS brand identity and target audience.
- Coordinate with internal and external printer to ensure successful event execution, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management.
- Manage event budgets and optimize marketing spend.
- Lead and execute B2C marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
- Brand Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary brands and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Negotiate and manage collaboration agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and align with brand objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of collaborative marketing campaigns and activations.
- Campaign Activities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Develop store activity and promotion plan every month.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Oversee content creation, social media communication, PR activities, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Engage with the target audience through social media and other digital channels to build brand loyalty and positive sentiment.
- Branding guideline:
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications reflect brand guidelines and company standards. Working with Brand oversee (Yearly Plan, MKT Plan, Budget plan)
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in brand management or marketing for 3 years as a minimum
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian market and consumer trends.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software CRM , Trello, Ai
- Experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of event planning and management best practices.
- Fluency in Khmer and English is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer relationship management expertise.
- Campaign analysis and evaluation capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
