We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Resort Nurse
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
Nursing and Health Care:
- Medical Care: Provide first aid, emergency treatment, and routine medical services to guests and staff.
- Health & Wellness: Promote wellness through health checks, advice, and support for healthy living.
- Emergency Response: Lead medical response in emergencies and stabilize patients as needed.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
- Staff Training: Train staff on first aid, CPR, and health & safety procedures.
- Coordination: Work with external healthcare providers for advanced treatments or evacuations.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the resort.
HR and Administrative Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Help organize employee training programs and wellness initiatives.
- Support HR with scheduling, record keeping, and employee inquiries.
- Assist in employee leave management, tracking vacation, sick days, and other time-off requests.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license and certifications (CPR, First Aid, etc.).
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, ideally in a resort or remote setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- I have read the above Job Description and acknowledge and understand my responsibilities as Assistant Training Manager.
