As an innovative leader in its sector, it offers more than 80 products, exported to over 50 countries. The marketing department at La Plantation plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy and visibility. La Plantation is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, participate in marketing projects, and contribute to sales growth.
- Digital Marketing Assistant
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Social media management: Animate and moderate accounts (Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.), create engaging content, and plan the editorial calendar.
- Digital content creation: Write blog articles, newsletters, product sheets, and visuals.
- Advertising campaigns: Participate in the creation and monitoring of campaigns (Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Competitive and industry monitoring: Analyze trends, conduct benchmarking, and make recommendations to improve our digital presence.
- Support for marketing actions: Participate in the organization of events (online or in-person), trade shows, special promotions, etc.
តំរូវការការងារ
- Higher education in digital marketing, communication, or equivalent.
- Initial experience (internship or job) in digital marketing appreciated.
- Proficiency in social media, content creation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and writing skills in Khmer and English.
- Creativity, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
- Interest in our project, our products, and Cambodian culture.
