La Plantation is one of Cambodia's most beloved agro-tourism destinations. Since 2013, we've been welcoming local and international visitors to our farm in Kampot for a truly unique experience — stunning nature, exceptional spices, and warm, authentic hospitality.
We're growing, and we're looking for position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Welcome guests and deliver a warm, engaging bar experience
- Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and snack plates with consistency
- Manage and support a small team of bar staf
- Handle stock, inventory, and basic daily reporting
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and always guest -ready
- Bring fresh ideas to improve and enrich our bar offer
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Good
- Khmer - Good
- Has some experience behind a bar for 1 to 3 years is preferred
- Has a genuine passion for cocktails, drinks, and hospitality
- Communicates well in Khmer and English
- Is a natural team player, positive under pressure, and ready to lead by example
- Is willing to learn and to grow with us in a dynamic environment
