La Plantation is one of Cambodia's most beloved agro-tourism destinations. Since 2013, we've been welcoming local and international visitors to our farm in Kampot for a truly unique experience — stunning nature, exceptional spices, and warm, authentic hospitality.
We're growing, and we're looking for position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Welcome guests and ensure an exceptional experience from arrival to departure
- Supervise and support the front team
- Help manage reservations and customer flow
- Assist with basic reporting, cash handling, and daily operations
- Work closely with the kitchen team
- Be part of our cooking class experiences, introducing guests to Cambodian cuisine

Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Has some first experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment for 1 to 3 years
- Communicates well in Khmer and English
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
- Is organized, proactive, and a natural team player
- Is willing to learn and to grow with us in a dynamic environment
- Is motivated
- Is guest-oriented
