The EU has a long-standing relation with Cambodia. Through substantial development assistance, support to democratic and good governance processes and a commitment to open markets, the EU has been assisting Cambodia in its efforts to build a brighter future for its population.
Landell Mills International has been contracted by the European Union Delegation to Cambodia to enhance EU relations, partnership and cooperation with the Kingdom of Cambodia through more effective communication and visibility of EU's principles and values, external policies and actions.
To fulfill this contract, we are seeking to recruit various non-key expert positions for part-time roles based on contracts measured in days, starting from the second quarter of 2026 and continuing through December 2027.
- English - Fluent is required
- Khmer is preferred
- Professional experience in video editing and post-production for 5 years
- Demonstrated experience editing video content for communication campaigns, institutional clients, digital platforms, or development organisations.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in color correction, sound mixing, subtitling, motion graphics integration, and export optimisation for multiple formats (e.g., 9:16, 16:9, square formats).
- Proven ability to transform raw footage into clear, engaging, and platform-adapted video narratives aligned with communication objectives.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in the use of logos, typography, and visual identity elements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage revisions efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs within tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control in final outputs.
- Professional working proficiency in English required. Khmer is an asset.
- Experience working with EU visibility guidelines or institutional communication materials will be considered an asset.
- Relevance and number of years of post-production experience
- Quality and diversity of video editing portfolio
- Technical proficiency in post-production tools
- Experience delivering multi-format outputs for digital and public dissemination
- Ability to align video outputs with institutional branding requirements
