The EU has a long-standing relation with Cambodia. Through substantial development assistance, support to democratic and good governance processes and a commitment to open markets, the EU has been assisting Cambodia in its efforts to build a brighter future for its population.
Landell Mills International has been contracted by the European Union Delegation to Cambodia to enhance EU relations, partnership and cooperation with the Kingdom of Cambodia through more effective communication and visibility of EU's principles and values, external policies and actions.
To fulfill this contract, we are seeking to recruit various non-key expert positions for part-time roles based on contracts measured in days, starting from the second quarter of 2026 and continuing through December 2027.
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Fluent is required
- Professional experience in videography and video production for 5 years
- Demonstrated experience filming and producing video content for communication campaigns, institutional clients, digital platforms, or development organisations.
- Strong technical proficiency in professional video equipment, lighting, and sound recording to ensure high-quality footage capture.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret scripts or creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual footage aligned with communication objectives.
- Experience planning and executing video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and coordination of basic production logistics.
- Proven ability to work with small production crews or independently depending on project scope.
- Experience filming interviews, events, and campaign-style content for digital and public dissemination.
- Strong attention to visual composition, lighting, framing, and audio quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with communication teams, editors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing filming environments.
- Professional working proficiency in Khmer and English required.
- Experience working with EU visibility guidelines, development partners, or institutional communication projects will be considered an asset.
