We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ

Develop and manage the school’s social media and faceless marketing strategy.
Create engaging photos, videos, Reels, graphics, advertisements, and written content.
Promote school programs, events, achievements, facilities, and learning experiences.
Create professional marketing materials using Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools.
Ensure marketing content follows student safeguarding, privacy, and consent requirements.
Respond to prospective family inquiries in Khmer and English and support the enrollment process.
Support school tours, Open Houses, events, and recruitment campaigns.
Produce and translate school communications in Khmer and English when required.
Maintain consistent school branding across marketing channels.
Track social media, inquiries, and enrollment sources to identify which marketing activities are most effective.
Work closely with school leadership while proactively suggesting new campaigns, content ideas, and marketing opportunities.

Languages:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Design, or a related field is required

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

Relevant experience in marketing, communications, recruitment, customer service, or a related field.
Fluent in spoken and written English, Khmer and/or Chinese language and translation skills are an advantage.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong social media, photography, video, and content-creation skills.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with school systems; experience in education or school marketing is an advantage.
Adherence to the Asian Hope Child Protection Policy and Code of Conduct at all times.
