We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Sales Manager
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new segments within the security camera industry (CCTV, IP surveillance, access control, etc.).
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders (B2B clients, distributors, government agencies, large enterprises, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role within the security camera, IT, or electronics industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of security camera systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and access control technologies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite.
- Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
