Lynqify, Inc., headquartered in Washington State, USA, and serving as a leader in software solutions for contractors, seeks a Senior Backend Developer to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining Web APIs that power our innovative platform, designed to streamline operations and enhance communication within the contracting industry.
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Key Responsibilities:
- As a Senior React Developer, you will spearhead critical features, crafting scalable and efficient React solutions. Your role involves making technical decisions and guiding the development process.
- Strong React Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of React concepts, encompassing components, state management, and current best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in the React ecosystem.
- Building Reusable Components: Develop well-structured, reusable UI components to enhance code maintainability and efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth performance of web applications across diverse devices and browsers by optimizing components for efficiency.
- Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests and participate in integration testing to uphold code quality. Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver a unified user experience.
- Clear Communication: Articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the React domain.
- Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance development workflows and processes.
- Other: Tasks assigned by manager.
