We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

  • L&D Specialist
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement training courses & Evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Organize effective training and attract many employees to participate.
  • Facilitate training sessions or workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure training programs achieve set goals.
  • Assess training needs and conduct skill gap analyses.\Assist in the implementation of learning strategies.
  • Coaching in stores & Field Training.
  • Store check the knowledge, skills and processes and provide on-the-job training (coaching) on the content employees have learned on nation wide.
  • Develop new training content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts / Ops for content creation.
  • Provide feedback on learning and fashion programs to enhance store staff’s skills so that they are equipped with necessary skills.
  • Develop quality training content that is suitable for students.
  • Manage and build e-learning platforms.
  • Manage staff participation and control results.
  • Build and compile document content to upload to the platform.
  • Manage and arrange the training schedule with Ops.
  • Report training & coaching result as assignment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality, Economy or equivalent.
  • Work Experience:
    • At least 2 to 4 years in Training & Development or equivalent.
    • Preferably experienced employee specialized in retail management or equivalent.
  • Functional skills:
    • Current knowledge of effective training & development methods.
    • Cambodian and English proficiency.
    • Good Presentation Skills.
    • Love and have a sense of fashion.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication and translation skills.
    • Proficient in MS office applications.
  • Other skills:
    • Proactive and open minded. Service mindset.
    • Hands on and can do attitude.
    • Passionate about continuous learning.
    • Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
    • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
    • Ability to work independently and with others.
    • Extremely organized with strong time-management skill.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic
    • Fully understand the strategy of the department and company.
    • Understand how the responsibilities and goals of the employee are tied to the department and company strategy.
  • Performance
    • Fully understand and achieve individual KPIs (iKPIs) set by Manager.
  • People
    • Support a healthy and safe working environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
    • Help and teach others.
  • Financial
    • Contribute to the revenue-generating/cost-controlling activities of the team.
    • Know the team’s revenue/budget performance in an ongoing basis.
  • Operational
    • Follow company processes, procedures, and policies (PPPs).
    • Be proactive and resolve issues or escalate more difficult ones to your manager.
    • Maintain the security and safety of the office, employees and guests by keeping a watchful eye on the office, ensure all entrances are guarded or closed and locked at all times.
