Marywell International School Phnom Penh, located in Sen Sok, is seeking a full-time, native English-speaking Early Years teacher to join our dedicated team. We are an Oxford International Curriculum school with a special focus on delivering a play-based approach in our Early Years program. We are committed to providing an educational experience rooted in well-being, research-backed practices, and the holistic development of every child. As a growing International School, we are looking for a passionate educator who shares our vision and is eager to contribute to a nurturing and dynamic learning environment.
- Plans and delivers play-based, inquiry-led, developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Integrates literacy, numeracy, and early science through hands-on activities.
- Creates a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourages positive behavior using empathy and restorative practices.
- Prioritizes student well-being and implements safeguarding policies.
- Uses assessment tools to track student progress and reflects on teaching practices.
- Collaborates effectively with management team, teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents.
- Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality, and upholds school conduct standards.
- Commits to ongoing professional development and supports the school’s mission.
