MCGS company imports products exclusively from Australia. The company have distributed products across Cambodia from Phnom Penh city to provinces by our professional team members. We have ambitious of expanding our sales and distribution services both locally and internationally to be the top in the country with our high potential teams.

- Brand & Marketing Execution
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities for 1–2 assigned brands.
- Execute approved monthly marketing plans and brand activities.
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the brand direction, guidelines, and objectives.
- Monitor ongoing activities and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign & Content Coordination
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with Content and Designer Teams to develop marketing materials and social media content.
- Prepare content briefs, timelines, and required information for execution teams.
- Follow up on content production, revisions, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Ensure content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Coordinate day-to-day digital marketing activities for assigned brands.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Monitor social media content performance and provide basic insights.
- Support paid media and boosting activities when required.
- Stay updated on relevant digital trends and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Influencer & KOL Coordination
- Research and recommend suitable influencers, KOLs, and content creators based on campaign objectives.
- Coordinate influencer communication, briefing, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Follow up on content production and ensure deliverables meet campaign requirements.
- Maintain proper records of influencer activities and performance.
- Events, Activations & Partner Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of events, sampling activities, promotions, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with Sales, partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and coordinate marketing materials and brand assets.
- Support on-site marketing activities when required.
- Project Follow-up & Reporting
- Take ownership of assigned marketing projects from planning through execution.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and team progress.
- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and performance summaries.
- Identify challenges during execution and proactively propose solutions.
- Provide regular updates to the Marketing Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Coordinating projects and people in Marketing or Sales for 2 years as a minimum
- Experience in working in the Milk industry is preferable.
- Strong understanding of business and industry.
- Outstanding people management, communication, training, computer, and technical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish.
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
