Mekong View Properties is the leading property developer at Chroy Changva Peninsular with mix development consisting of both condominiums and hotel condominium. With five high rise buildings currently completed, all located at Chroy Changva area, our company is positioned as the major developer in the fast-growing area. The result of our comprehensive development team are quality and on-time completions of all projects. We are looking for the right candidate to expand our hospitality projects as below positions:
- Chef de Partie
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily tasks, menu development, and overall kitchen management.
- Monitors inventory and expiration dates of raw goods
- Preparing and cooking specific dishes or meal components according to recipes and standards.
- Overseeing a particular section of the kitchen, such as fish, meat, vegetables, pastry, or sauces.
- Ensuring that all food meets the high standards set by the head chef and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Monitoring ingredient usage, managing stock, and controlling food costs for their station.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times.
- Supports the growth of commis chefs
- Ensures high quality food production, preparation, and presentation
- Observes all applicable standards
- Ensures work area remains clean
- Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of dishes and mastering cooking techniques relevant to their section.
- Clear communication with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination.
- Culinary training or apprenticeship certification a plus
- Knowledge of menu creation
- Able to maintain cost and quality standards
- Proven culinary catering talent
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field
