We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Digital Strategy & Content: Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and execute SEO strategies to keep us top-of-mind.
- Creative Design: Produce high-quality visual content using design software (Adobe Suite/Canva) and capture the "thrill" through photography and video.
- Sales & OTA Management: Drive bookings by managing Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like TripAdvisor, Klook, and Agoda, including commission structures and platform optimization.
- Sponsorship & Business Development: Proactively secure large-scale corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships.
- Events & Activations: Design and execute "activation events" that create buzz, drive foot traffic, and increase immediate revenue.
- Branding: Ensure a consistent, world-class brand voice across all touchpoints, from physical signage to digital ads.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in both English and Khmer (written and spoken).
- Experience: Proven track record in the Phnom Penh market. You understand local consumer behavior and digital trends.
- Technical Skills: * Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Skilled in design software and photography.
- Bonus: Experience with basic website development/WordPress.
- A "hustler" mindset. You are comfortable working without a team, managing your own deadlines, and pitching to high-level corporate partners
