ពិព៌ណនាអំពីការងារ
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Prepare and issue daily invoices and receipts.
- Record daily transactions in QuickBooks.
- Follow up Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Check invoices, payments, and supporting documents.
- Prepare simple accounting and expense reports in Excel.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting and company documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and monthly accounting documents.
- Handle general office administration and office supplies.
- Support staff administration and other daily office tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- Khmer is required
- English is required
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience with invoices, AR/AP, and expenses.
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Khmer and English are required; Chinese is an advantage.
- Experience in accounting or administration is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Responsible, organized, careful, and willing to learn.
