The Secretariat Office of Master Plan to Develop Preah Sihanouk Province into a Model Multi-Purpose Special Economic Zone and to Develop Coastal Provinces into a Multi-Purpose and Comprehensive Economic Corridor is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill four key positions within the organization. These positions are critical for driving the company’s investment, strategic planning, and promotional activities to promote sustainable development in Cambodia’s coastal regions. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's mission to attract investment, enhance public engagement, and implement innovative business strategies that promote economic growth and sustainability across the coastal provinces. Therefore, we are recruiting the following positions:
- Policy Coordination Officer (2 Positions)
- Act as the primary liaison between private sectors and national or provincial government agencies to advocate for and facilitate policy requests that support investment objectives.
- Work closely with government representatives to identify and implement policies that enhance the investment environment, addressing investor needs and improving regional competitiveness.
- Track changes in the regulatory environment that may affect investment operations, preparing analyses and updates for senior management on potential adjustments to internal policies.
- Offer clear guidance and updates to relevant departments on policy requirements, ensuring that teams have a comprehensive understanding of regulatory considerations and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with officials at various government levels to ensure open channels of communication and effective collaboration on policy matters.
- Perform other relevant tasks as advised by the management.
- Master’s degree in Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or Strategic Management.
- At least three years of experience in in effectively communicating and maintaining strong relationships with investors, along with a proven track record of collaborating with government agencies to support investment-related initiatives and policy requests.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working with government agencies and the private sector.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and other relevant languages (Chinese) is an advantage.
