Cambodia has made significant progress in expanding access to drinking water services. However, many rural and peri-urban water supply systems continue to face challenges related to climate variability, seasonal water scarcity, infrastructure limitations, operational efficiency, and investment readiness. To support the Royal Government of Cambodia's commitment to achieving universal access to safely managed drinking water by 2030, MISTI, with support from UNICEF, is strengthening technical assistance for the planning, design, rehabilitation, and supervision of climate-resilient water supply infrastructure nationwide.

Expressions of Interest may be submitted in electronic copy following the guidance stated in the TOR and must be submitted on or before 15 July 2026 (before 5:00 PM, Phnom Penh Time). Only short-listed candidates will be invited for contract negotiation.
