The Ministry of Public Works and Transport has received financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) toward the cost of the Preparation of Urban Infrastructure Development Project (PPSF project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
- National Project Management Support Consultant
- Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selecting criteria are:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in activities related to project management on infrastructure projects of which at least four years shall be on projects funded by bilateral/multilateral organizations including but not limited to AIIB, WB, ADB, EU, and other development donors.
- Shall have completed similar work activities on at least two projects in the last eight years, of which at least one project shall be financed by multilateral development banks/bilateral development agencies or by other international development partners.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with proven good interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with thorough knowledge of the standard computer programs such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Project, Email and Internet etc.
In submitting their expressions of interest, national consultants are kindly requested to indicate the following reference (MPWT-UIDP-IC-02) and provide their updated Curriculum Vitae with recent photo, indicating personal and technical skills, education qualifications, experience in similar assignments, along with the names of three (3) referees with contact information (e-mail address and telephone numbers).
The duration of the contract is 23 Months.
