MRG is looking for a potential candidate to fill in the position as below.
- Assist in handling the company’s daily and monthly accounting transactions.
- Check supporting documents to ensure adequacies and prepare payment vouchers
- Organize and filing documentation supports.
- Updating Daily Cash and Bank Book record and balance reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Book-keeping the accounting transactions into accounting software.
- Assist in updating inventory reports and fixed asset listing.
- Other tasks as required by managements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/finance or related fields
- Experience in accounting/finance for 1 to 2 years is preferred
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
- Competency in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel). Experienced with using QuickBooks Pro and other ERP System is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and proactively.
- Hard working and can work as a team.
