We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Sales Operations
- Execute sales plans and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys.
- Promote lubricant products and value-added services.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and support sales representatives in daily operations.
- Monitor sales activities and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff.
- Customer Service
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports.
- Update customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Khmer - Fluent
- Chinese - Mandarin - Good is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Sales experience for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Experience in lubricants, automotive products, spare parts, industrial equipment, or related sectors preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
