តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
  • Sales Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop MT channel sales strategy
  • Set monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Identify growth opportunities in MT channels
  • Key Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with supermarkets & retail chains
  • Negotiate trade terms, margins, listings, promotions
  • Prepare Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retailers
  • Distribution & Availability:
  • Ensure product availability in all MT outlets
  • Coordinate with supply chain/import team for stock planning
  • Monitor order flow, delivery issues, and out-of-stock (OOS)
  • Trade Marketing & Promotions:
  • Plan & execute in-store promotions
  • Secure visibility (shelf space, displays, POSM)
  • Support new product launches in MT stores
  • In-Store Execution:
  • Ensure planogram compliance
  • Manage merchandisers for display & visibility
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution standards
  • Team Management and Collaboration:
  • Lead MT sales executives & merchandisers
  • Provide training and performance evaluations
  • Set team targets and monitor achievement
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, finance, and procurement
  • Align promotions and supply planning with company goals
  • Account & Credit Management
  • Manage accounts receivable, retailer payments, and credit terms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies; minimize overdue and credit risk.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track sales performance by account/SKU
  • Analyze POS data, competitor activities & market trends
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management
  • Pricing & Credit Control:
  • Ensure pricing compliance across MT outlets
  • Manage credit terms and ensure timely collections
  • Resolve billing, return, or claim issues
  • Channel Expansion:
  • Identify and onboard new MT customers
  • Expand coverage across modern retail chains nationwide
  • Evaluate new market opportunities for imported brands
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
  • Handle retailer inquiries, complaints, returns, and supply issues
  • Negotiate adjustments when needed and maintain retailer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in or Master Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields
Work History:
  • Working experience in FMCG with the MT channel and skills, personal qualities in this field for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Know well Microsoft Office, & Internet, computer.
Soft Skills
  • Good at leading team to be strong team.
  • Be a faster learner, smart, flexible person and team players.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hard working, patient be able work under pressure.
  • Friendly, morality, high responsible for works.
