- Content Writing & Creative Development:
- Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for marketing materials, websites, social media, ads, email campaigns, and product descriptions.
- Develop creative concepts, taglines, and messaging that support brand identity and business goals.
- Adapt tone and writing style according to target audience and platform.
- Content Editing & Proofreading:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar correctness, and brand consistency.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards before publishing.
- Research & Idea Generation:
- Research industry trends, products, competitors, and customer behavior to create relevant and compelling content.
- Generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and storytelling.
- Stay updated on content, digital, and social media trends.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide copy direction for graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning meetings.
- SEO & Online Content Optimization:
- Write SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Use targeted keywords and best practices to improve organic search performance.
- Optimize content structure to improve readability and user engagement.
- Social Media & Digital Content
- Create captions, scripts, and storytelling content for social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Ensure all copy aligns with platform best practices and audience preferences.
- Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels.
- Ensure messaging aligns with brand guidelines, values, and mission.
- Help refine brand tone and language style when needed.
- Project & Time Management
- Manage multiple writing projects with deadlines.
- Deliver content on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Update content databases, naming conventions, and version control.
- Performance Monitoring
- Review content performance metrics to understand audience engagement.
- Suggest improvements based on insights from analytics and feedback.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or marketing communications.
- Familiarity with commercial writing for product, brand, or promotional content is an advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading; adaptable tone and style; creative storytelling; basic SEO knowledge; familiarity with CMS and digital marketing tools.
- Time management, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, openness to feedback.
