- Sales Route Plan & Activity Audit:
- Audit sales round plans and daily route activities to ensure compliance with approved sales strategies.
- Verify that planned outlets are visited as per the sales call plan.
- Review adherence to internal SOPs and quality standards.
- Wholesale & Distribution Audit:
- Audit wholesale operations and distribution of goods.
- Verify stock refill accuracy, availability, and compliance with company distribution policies.
- Delivery Staff Behavior Audit:
- Monitor and audit delivery personnel behavior at outlets during delivery.
- Ensure professional conduct, adherence to company standards, and proper handling of goods.
- Provide feedback to delivery supervisors to improve service quality and customer relationships.
- Sales Mapping & Daily Call Plan Verification:
- Verify sales mapping and GPS-based daily call plans.
- Ensure sales activities align with assigned routes and scheduled outlet visits.
- Offline & Online Execution Audit:
- Audit execution of sales activities conducted offline and online.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency between physical market activity and system records.
- Competitor Activity Monitoring:
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, visibility, and market activities.
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to sales managers and senior management
- Product Expiry Audit:
- Audit product expiry dates at outlets.
- Ensure timely removal or replacement of near-expiry and expired products.
- Coordination and communication:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a communication bridge between field teams and management.
- Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports.
- Present findings, issues, and recommendations to the management and relevant stakeholders.
- Perform duties assigned by Management/ CEO.
តំរូវការការងារ
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field audit, sales audit, market audit, or FMCG distribution operations.
- Ability to perform sales audit, audit daily call plans, route maps, GPS tracking, and sales activities.
- Familiarity with offline and online sales execution systems (ERP, sales apps, reporting tools).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple locations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
