NTC GROUP is seeking a qualified and committed for the position below:
- Centre Exam Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in exam administration, education, or customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with a minimum B1 level of CEFR
- Knowledge of Cambridge English exams (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn exam management software quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
