NTC GROUP is seeking a qualified and committed for the position below:
- Training & Development Officer
- Bachelor in early years education or preschool program (master's degree is preferred);
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the training and development field;
- Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment in preschools;
- Working knowledge of training evaluation in preschools;
- Good English proficiency, proven by IELTS band at least 6.0;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstration of ability to work on multi-tasks to meet deadlines and under pressure;
- Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits.
