NTC GROUP is seeking a qualified and committed for the position below:
- Chief Operations Officer
- Master’s degree in education or related fields;
- At least 6 years experiences in school management;
- Good negotiation and influencing skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command in English of both spoken and written;
- Working knowledge of school management/operations;
- Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
- Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
- Strong commitment to diversity; Good communication, interpersonal, leadership, influencing skills and team spirit; Professional qualifications and proven capabilities on workforce management.
