We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
- Site Supervisor – Cleaning Service
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Check employee presentation & professionalism.
- Check work cleanliness and tidy.
- Check and follow the work daily check list on site.
- Do site inspection & report to Key account & Client.
- Do site spot check.
- Prepare staff roster and attendance.
- Prepare onsite training & Submit report to key account & Client
- Maintenance best service performance and development.
- Coordinate between team and client.
- Check on site of chemical amenities usage
- Make request order (Equipment, tools & materials)
- Chemical control
- Check the tools and materials received
- Monthly meeting with staff
- Listen to team feed-back information
- Support staff in supply and training
- Implement incentive and warning policy
- Build customer relation
- Meeting and do the site inspection with client
- Solving problem and take action
- Update weekly report of customer complaint to key account
- Take corrective action from QA report
- Initiative site improvement
តំរូវការការងារ
- Speak Chinese - mandarin
- Complete High School or bachelor graduated is preferred
- Organized, independent, and honest
- At least 2 years work experience from any service industry (operation department)
- Experience and right attitude to be a customer minded is a PLUS
- Committed to high standard
- Strong sense of cleanliness and tidiness
- English literacy (both speaking and writing) is preferred
