- Drive developer participation and sponsorship sales, maintaining a consistent pipeline of high-value partners for the awards and event ecosystem.
- Manage and maintain good relationships with Cambodian property developers, acting as a primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation.
- Take ownership of sales targets, actively contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the events portfolio.
- Coordinate the nomination, submission, and judging process, ensuring deadlines, communications, and stakeholder requirements are managed smoothly and consistently.
- Drive high-value sponsorship and partnership deals with developers and industry partners to support the awards and scalable event formats such as the Connect event series
- Assist in the rollout of new real estate event concepts by executing go-to-market strategies and providing feedback on pricing and market viability.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and post event results, using CRM and internal tracking tools.
- Relevant experience, preferably within property, real estate, media partnerships, or event sales for 1 to 3 years as a minimum
- Familiarity with the Cambodian property developer landscape
- Strong business development skills with experience in negotiating and closing deals with key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and event workflows in a fast moving environment.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
