Oversea Auto and Shipping LLC U.S.A is a leading automobile logistic company with its head office in Wisconsin U.S.A and we are now looking for 1 Shipping Executive to join our young and growing team as soon as possible.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Dispatch vehicles and update its status including photos
- Manage dispatching costs within the budget
- Update costs and verify payments
- Follow up auctions on pick up slips, titles and its delivery
- Follow up with the drivers and warehouses for vehicle delivery and photos
- Be a contact point between operational team, drivers, auctions and warehouses
- Perform other work as required from the management from time to time
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in English or Business Communication or in Business
- Good level of English communication such as listening, writing and speaking
- Customer Service oriented
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Problem solving skill
- Can work overtime or shift work but can work from anywhere or on the go at night-time
