Oversea Auto and Shipping LLC U.S.A is a leading automobile logistic company with its head office in Wisconsin U.S.A and we are now looking for 1 Shipping Executive to join our young and growing team as soon as possible.
តួនាទីនិងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ
- Key in vehicles into the system for invoicing
- Upload warehouse and loading photos
- Update container arrivals and plan for unloading
- Take unloading photos and prepare a compensation report
- Prepare a list of frame and engine numbers for tax paper
- Provide customer service and support whenever required
- Raise relevant tickets to related departments for any issues beyond control
- Perform other work as required from the management from time to time
តំរូវការការងារ
Languages:
- English - Medium
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in business is an advantage but not necessary
- Experience in sales or customer services or operational support for 1 to 2 years
- Can read, write and speak fair English
- Good in Microsoft Offices
- Customer service oriented
